We firmly believe that a quality education consists of more than one test score.  Because of this, our curriculum emphasizes the arts, music, character education, and other opportunities along with our core subject areas.  We are committed to continuing to grow in these areas, based on our belief that it is our job to provide our students with a learning environment that encourages them to become well-rounded, responsible, and caring members of our community.

 

However, we are once again pleased to see the results of our students FCAT tests for the 08-09 school year.  Based on their high levels of growth and achievement, our school earned an “A” grade from the state of Florida for the second year in a row. 

 

 We want parents and members of our community to be aware that Nature Coast Middle School is providing a high quality educational option for middle school students in the tri-county community, and that this level of quality is reflected in many areas, including our students’ test results.
